Terms of use
Last updated: 20 July 2026
§1. General provisions and definitions
The KredytPartner website, available at kredytpartner.com, is run by PIOTR LITWA Data & Software, registered at ul. Ignacego Daszyńskiego 66G lok. 2, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 8992589594, REGON (business ID) 362230946, e-mail address: piotr@piotrlitwa.com.
These Terms set out the rules for using the website: the calculators, the offer ranking, the guides and the application form. The terms used in them mean:
- Website - the kredytpartner.com website together with all its tools and content,
- Service Provider - the entity running the Website, named above,
- User - any person using the Website,
- Services - services provided electronically, free of charge: the calculators, the offer ranking, the guides and the enquiry form.
§2. What this website IS and what it is NOT
The calculators and rankings on this website are for information and educational purposes only.
The Website does NOT constitute:
- an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 §1 of the Polish Civil Code,
- investment advice or a financial recommendation,
- a promise to grant a loan - only a bank can do that, after assessing your creditworthiness.
Calculator results are estimates. The actual terms are set solely by the agreement concluded with a financial institution. Each bank uses its own scoring model and its result may differ significantly from our estimate.
§3. Technical requirements and electronic services
We provide the Services electronically within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services. To use the Website you need:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript enabled - without it the calculators do not work,
- an active e-mail account, if you want to receive offers via the form.
The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content and from using the Website in a way that disrupts its operation. Use of the Website is free of charge.
§4. Affiliate partnerships
The Website earns money from commissions from financial institutions. When you click an offer and conclude an agreement, we receive a fee from the partner.
This does not increase the cost of the loan for you. The size of our commission does not affect the order of offers in the ranking - we sort it solely by the APR (RRSO) calculated for the parameters you provide.
§5. Application form
Submitting the form is not a loan application and does not trigger an enquiry to BIK (Poland's credit bureau). It is an expression of interest - on its basis we or our partners will present you with the available offers.
Contact is conditional on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
§6. Liability
We make every effort to keep the data on the website up to date and correct, but interest rates and offer terms change often - sometimes without our knowledge. Before signing an agreement, always verify the terms directly with the lender.
We accept no liability for financial decisions made on the basis of calculator results. The decision to take out a loan is yours alone.
§7. Copyright
The content of the website - including the texts of the guides and the code of the calculators - is protected by copyright. Copying for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.
§8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Submit complaints about the operation of the Website to piotr@piotrlitwa.com. We reply within 14 days.
As a consumer, you can also seek help from the Financial Ombudsman (Rzecznik Finansowy, rf.gov.pl) or your municipal consumer ombudsman, as well as the EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§9. Personal data protection
The controller of Users' personal data is the Service Provider. The rules for processing data and using cookies are described in the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
§10. Changes to the Terms
We announce changes with 14 days' notice via a message on the website.
§11. Governing law
In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Credit Act and the Mortgage Credit Act.
