Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This Privacy policy describes how we process your personal data when you use the KredytPartner website. It fulfils the information obligation under Art. 13 of the GDPR (in Polish: RODO) - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

1. Who is the controller of your data

The controller of personal data is PIOTR LITWA Data & Software, registered at ul. Ignacego Daszyńskiego 66G lok. 2, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 8992589594, REGON (business ID) 362230946 (piotrlitwa.com).

In all matters relating to personal data you can contact us by e-mail: piotr@piotrlitwa.com or by post at the registered address.

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer. You can contact them about any matter relating to the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights under the GDPR at kontakt@piotrlitwa.pl.

2. What data we collect and why

Application form

When you fill in a loan application, we collect:

  • first name, e-mail, phone number - to present offers to you,
  • amount, term, type of loan, income - to match offers you actually have a chance of getting,
  • the wording of your consents and when you gave them - this is proof that we had the right to contact you.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Calculators

We do not save anything you enter into the calculators. All calculations are performed by your browser - this data never leaves your device and never reaches our server.

Data collected automatically

When you use the website, like any website, we read technical information about the connection: the request URL, the browser type and version, the operating system, the screen resolution, and the date and time of the visit, and - with your consent - anonymous traffic statistics (Google Analytics 4). They are used solely to keep the website secure and to improve it.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and improvement of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and for statistics and advertising - your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

IP address

We do not store your IP address in plain form. We save only its irreversible cryptographic hash - this is enough for us to limit spam and count unique clicks, but it does not allow your address to be reconstructed.

3. Cookies, Google Ads and AdSense

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google AdSense (adverts displayed in the guides and below the calculators). We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you give your consent, no advertising or analytics cookies are saved, and the advertising script does not load at all.

We divide cookies and similar technologies into three categories:

  • Necessary - they remember your consent decision and your chosen theme (light / dark). They are always active, because without them the website would not work properly. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Analytics - anonymous visit statistics (Google Analytics 4). Only with consent.
  • Advertising - measuring the effectiveness of Google Ads and personalising AdSense adverts. Only with consent.

Google, as a third-party provider, may use cookies to display adverts based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can turn off ad personalisation in Google's ad settings.

How to change or withdraw your consent

You can change your consent at any time by clicking the round "Cookie settings" button in the bottom left corner of every page - there you can turn individual categories on or off. You can also withdraw consent by deleting the site data in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing we carried out before.

4. Who we share data with

If you consent to being contacted, we pass your data on to the financial institutions and credit intermediaries we work with - solely so that they can prepare an offer for you. The current list of partners is available on request at piotr@piotrlitwa.com.

Data may also be processed by entities to which we entrust it under data processing agreements: the hosting provider, Google (Analytics, Ads, AdSense) and - if we use them - e-mail sending tools. These entities act solely on our instructions and to the extent necessary to provide the service.

We do not sell your data to companies that are not involved in handling your application.

5. Transfers of data outside the EEA

When Google services are used, data (e.g. cookie identifiers, IP address) may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, i.e. outside the European Economic Area. This takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and certification under the Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), which ensure an adequate level of protection for your data. The transfer takes place only with your consent to analytics or advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep data

  • Application data - 3 years from the last contact (the limitation period for claims).
  • Marketing consents - until the consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised.
  • Click data - 12 months, for the purpose of settlements with partners.
  • Record of cookie consent - up to 12 months, after which the banner will ask again.

7. Your rights

At any time you can:

  • request access to your data and a copy of it,
  • rectify incorrect data,
  • request erasure of your data ("the right to be forgotten"),
  • restrict processing,
  • port your data to another controller,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent - without affecting the lawfulness of what we did before.

Write to piotr@piotrlitwa.com - we reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully.

8. Is providing data mandatory

Providing data is entirely voluntary. However, without filling in the form we cannot present offers to you, and without consent to analytics and advertising cookies some features (statistics, ad personalisation) will remain switched off. Using the calculators and reading the guides does not require you to provide any data.

9. Automated decisions and profiling

We do not take automated decisions about you that produce legal effects, nor do we use profiling for that purpose. Our calculators are educational tools - the lending decision is made solely by the bank.

10. Changes

We will give at least 14 days' notice of significant changes to this policy - with an announcement on the website, and to newsletter subscribers also by e-mail.
